The Intern role provides administrative and project support within assigned department, while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a healthcare environment.

We are a team of about 20 engineers and analysts responsible for various aspects of MaineHealth's Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, and Risk Mitigation. We are mostly hybrid although some team members work only from home. Our interns assist with a variety of tasks related to team operations or specific projects depending upon workload requirements. We encourage interns to meet with folks from other areas of technology that they may be interested in as well.

The role

This is a hands-on role working with the latest technologies to help design, build, operate and maintain the in-house developed services the Cyber Security team provide to the business, as well as supporting the implementation of commercial tooling.
